Troubleshooting Guide: Resolving Issues with Your iPad

If you encounter issues with your iPad, there are specific steps to address them based on your school level:

  • Elementary School: Report issues to your elementary school teacher.

  • Middle School: Contact main office personnel or a member of the technology department.

  • High School: Inform the main office or reach out to a member of the technology team.

Troubleshooting Tips: If your iPad is acting strangely, start by performing a hard reset, as this often resolves unexpected behavior. If the problem persists, follow the instructions provided for your respective school level.

Hardware Issues: For physical problems like a cracked screen, non-functional buttons, display issues, or battery-related issues, please notify the main office secretary or contact a member of the technology team.
